Chalet 150 m2 on land 1500 m2 South side, in a small village 1100 m above Bg-St-Maurice, panoramic view, 7 min drive from the funicular from Bourg St Maurice to Les Arcs in 10 min. Major Resorts of Haute Tarentaise (Tignes, Val d'Isère, La Rosière, Sainte-Foy Tarentaise, Peisey Nancroix) about 30 minutes by car.<br>SKI TOURING, SNOWSHOEING, SLEDGING possible from the chalet. Snow tyres compulsory.<br><br>Two sunny terraces.<br><br>👍 : autonomous arrival possible, contacts by messages or such at any time, or live.<br><br>TV, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, possibility of baby equipment (cot, booster seat, deckchair).<br>Beds not made, bed linen, household linen and bath provided if you wish.<br>Underfloor heating/fireplace.<br>Private parking for 3 vehicles max.

Joli chalet bien situé avec vue magnifique. Très bon accueil de la part de Claude. Grand sejour très apprécié, balcon terrasse et bbq, tout y est. La région est magnifique!

très agréable chalet avec une belle vue sur la montagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet joliment décoré, propre et très bien équipé. Il est situé au-dessus de bourg saint Maurice. La route n'est pas loin mais elle n'est pas très passante et le chalet reste très calme. C'est un chalet très lumineux qui bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la montagne. Il dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour. On s'y sent comme à la maison... la propriétaire est à l'écoute au moindre problème. je recommande cette location.

Gîte chaleureux, bien équipé, bien placé, etc... nous le conseillons. La propriétaire nous a réservé un bon bon accueil et a été facilement joignable pour nous diverses demandes. Bonne continuation Claude et à bientôt peut-être...

Chalet convivial et très spacieux. Un coup de cœur pour les petit-déjeuners en terrasse le matin avec une vue splendide. Très bon accueil de Claude.
