Gîte la Servolle – Family Home with Pool, Near Karting and UNESCO Sites

Close to shops and services, just 300 meters from the karting track, this house features a living room with a convertible sofa, TV with Disney+, Netflix, and Canal+ available, and a pool table.



The open kitchen is fully equipped. The first bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed. The second bedroom includes a 140x190 cm bed and a bunk bed (2 beds of 90x190 cm). Baby essentials are also available.



The peaceful, tree-lined garden offers a 5-meter above-ground pool (available from late June). The house is ideally located near the Chaîne des Puys (UNESCO World Heritage), the Massif du Sancy, Vulcania, and ski resorts (Mont Dore 25 minutes away).



For extra fun and adventure, electric bike rental is available to explore the region freely. A 10-meter Ventrigliss is offered for sliding, laughter, and refreshing moments with family or friends. You can also rent a bouncy castle for children's enjoyment (for an extra fee).



Many games are provided free of charge: water guns, badminton rackets, balls, board games, and more for holiday fun.
