This place is perfect if you are visiting from out of town for any events! We attended the local Sweat Ceremony held by Southern Indian Health Council only 8 minutes away from the motel. Very small town but has everything you need. The check in process was very simple, and the attendant was sure to assist us with all of our needs. The room was very cozy and had a well working AC and the window scenery was perfect as well! I read some of the past reviews and I am not sure what some of the people are referring to as "creepy". It IS a small rural town and not the big city! I will definitely be staying here again when we come for the future sweat ceremonies! PS Cowboy coffee is ALSO only 8 minutes away and opens up at 6:30am and the coffee and service there is super delightful!

Price was right! The size of the room was expected. The bed was comfy, the WiFi was on a secure network plus free parking and near our final destination. My biggest complaint was not having coffee available.. Last, but not least, bigger towels would have been nice.

This little place gets 5 stars for location, cleanliness, and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. It is an older motel so do not expect a resort-like atmosphere. However, it true to its advertisement and was a great option for me as I just needed a clean, quiet place while I worked in the area for a few days. It is also close to a nice casino resort and some cute and quaint little towns nearby. I did not hike but was told by other guests that the area is home to great camping and hiking opportunities. If you are bringing a pet.. be sure to call so that they can assign you to a pet friendly room. My little dog and I enjoyed the stay.
