The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was on par with expectations. The staff was very friendly and warm. I appreciated how the breakfast staff was working her butt off to get all the food out and also being capable of talking with us and making my son laugh.

There was only one elevator. Every time we needed to use it the cleaning staff was on it taking it up the space. In the room there was a tv but no remote to turn it on and off. When we went back for breakfast, there were no bowls for the cereal and oatmeal. The oatmeal was so empty you couldn’t get any of it out and the eggs and sausage were cold. All the pans that you got your food from would not stay open.

The facility and breakfast were great. Rooms need more light/light fixtures. The bathroom lighting is very dark. Above all, I am extremely annoyed with the $30 additional deposit I was required to place after paying for the room online. The desk clerk told me the charge would not be reversed for 2 -3 biz days (since this was the weekend, that could be up to 5 days). This is an intrusion and unnecessary practice. I understand holding a card for incidentals (not sure what incidentals were even a possibilty!) , but placing a charge for $30 and not reversing it for days is extremely poor customer service.

We arrived to check in about 11pm and Skye was great! She was welcoming, professional and so nice! Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfy! 😊 Breakfast had lots of variety and their coffee is hot and delicious! Amy checked us out and she was a great send off.
