Very comfortable stay in a great location. Could walk everywhere I wanted to- pearl street, Folsom field, the hill- didn’t Uber once. Safe area with great view of the flatirons. Staff were lovely and the hotel lobby is beautiful.

Pros: The hotel location was great and the Canyon restaurant staff were very friendly. Cons: The hotel itself could use some love. For Hilton standards, the maintenance was lacking, wall paper peeling off, burnt out light bulbs, etc. The also seemed to be a lack of cleaning. The suite washrooms floors were a little dirty, I stepped on something in the bathroom which left some gross marks in the tub that didn't get cleaned properly the whole time I was there, no soap in the dispensers in the lobby washroom for the four days I was there. No extra blanket in the suite (had to ask for one). Front desk wasn't overly friendly but not unfriendly. no eye contact, no "how are you today", just meh.

The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants if you have a car. Check-in and parking were easy. The room had a slight musty odor, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had an amazing view of the mountains. Overall my experience was good and I would stay again.

The staff were very nice. You have to pay daily parking which surprised us. Embassy suites is attached and offers free breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast at Hilton but Embassy is more expensive so it’s a wash. Great stay overall.

We had to change rooms 3 times before getting to a clean room. I’ve never had to move hotel rooms before. The property was a bit run down. The second room they took us to was missing a section of carpet and it was ripped down the middle. The front desk employees were nice and polite though.

Excellent experience - friendly staff, quality bedding, nice toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn. Only downside was the $24 daily parking charge. It wa also a bit hard to find - it’s amongst a cluster of hotels. But worth the search and still minutes from downtown.
