In this independent studio opening directly onto a private terrace not overlooked, you will feel like you are in the middle of nature while you are at the gates of Périgueux.<br><br>The cottage includes:<br>- a living room with double bed, a desk and a flat-screen TV<br>- An equipped kitchen area<br>- A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower<br><br>Bed linen, towels, and wifi included<br><br>A travel cot and a baby bath can be provided if required. <br>The studio is non-smoking. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 20 euros.<br>Possibility to rent the adjacent chalet, for a total of 11 beds.<br><br>Check-in is from 4-5pm and check-out before 11am.
