The house will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided for the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, and tea, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. The property does not have Wi-Fi access.

A dedicated concierge is available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed. You’ll check in independently using a self-service check-in system.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
• A spacious and inviting living room, furnished with a sofa, a bench, an armchair, and a TV, offering a pleasant space to gather and relax.
• A dining area open to the living room, with a large table and 8 chairs, ideal for sharing delicious meals with family or friends.
• A fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so you can easily prepare your meals during your stay.
• A comfortable master bedroom, featuring a spacious king-size bed (180 x 200), perfect for restful nights. This room opens onto the entryway and has neither a door nor shutters on the window, allowing plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
• A cozy second bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90 x 200), ideal for accommodating two guests. This room has no shutters on the window, allowing you to enjoy the view.
• A functional and well-equipped bathroom, featuring a shower, double sinks, a washing machine, and a dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the great outdoors in complete tranquility in the 1,000 m² fenced-in garden. Two lounge chairs, a grill, and a parasol are available for your relaxation. A terrace furnished with garden furniture also allows you to enjoy meals outdoors.

Upon your arrival, the gate will be open; simply drive onto the property/garden and park between the house and the shed.

Nestled between the sea and the countryside, the region offers wonderful things to discover: Starting from the Port des Brochets, a walk through marshes and along dikes awaits you just an 8-minute walk away. The Port du Bec, an authentic oyster-farming port, is a 15-minute drive away, as is Lyarne Beach in Les Moutiers-en-Retz. Pornic is a 25-minute drive away, as is the Passage du Gois; the center of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île is a 45-minute drive away.

For everyday needs, a restaurant, a bakery, and shops are located in the town of Bouin, a 7-minute drive away.
