Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die uns den Schlüssel überreichten. Gemütlicher, ruhig gelegener Bungalow mit großem Fenster und Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Abends kann man es sich mit einem Bier oder einem Glas Wein am Kamin oder Pelletofen gemütlich machen. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Aldi, ein Carrefour, eine Apotheke und ein Imbiss. Sehr zu empfehlen: Die hausgemachten Pizzen vom Carrefour sind köstlich! Ich habe noch nie so eine leckere Supermarktpizza gegessen. Der Backofen im Bungalow funktioniert einwandfrei. Für den unverzichtbaren Kaffee zum Frühstück gibt es eine Senseo-Kaffeemaschine. Ein kleiner Nachteil, der aber nichts mit dem Bungalow selbst zu tun hat, ist die telefonische Kommunikation mit Belvilla. Belvilla sollte das unbedingt verbessern. Die telefonische Kommunikation ist absolut katastrophal, zumindest in meinem Fall. Ich hatte den Bungalow für ein paar Tage gebucht und sofort per PayPal bezahlt, konnte aber dann doch nicht anreisen. Deshalb habe ich meine Buchung über die Website um eine Woche verschoben, indem ich den Button „Buchung ändern“ oder etwas Ähnliches verwendet habe. Dann wurde mir eine zweite Gebühr berechnet, und der Versuch, dies telefonisch zu klären, um meine vorherige Zahlung auf die neue Buchung anrechnen zu lassen, erwies sich als aussichtslos und äußerst frustrierend. Schließlich erreichte ich über den Chat auf der Website einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter, der alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten lösen konnte. Belvilla, hier muss dringend etwas passieren! Ein Tipp: Lassen Sie einen Testkunden eine Buchung vornehmen und diese anschließend ändern, um Ihren telefonischen Kundenservice zu testen.
