This is a beautiful wooden villa, brand new, located in front of the Pigeon islet at 20 meters above sea level, close to the beach Malendure and Cousteau reserve. The terrace and pool offer stunning views of the sea and the Pigeon Islet.

For your arrival, no matter what day of the week: from Monday to Sunday, you choose. The minimum stay is 7 days. It is, of course, possible to plan stays of 8, 9, 10, 15 days or more; prices are then prorated based on the number of additional days, based on the initial amount of the benefit.

The villa 'Tarare' (180 M2 including 60 M2 terrace and balcony) is planned for 8 people.
The terrace and balcony are the living center of the day and a large kitchen with center island and a lounge area. The pool (7m x3) is fenced for the little ones.
The kitchen is modern, equipped with an electric oven, a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooler.
The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned: 3 beds of 160 cm with mosquito nets and 2 beds of 90 cm equipped with mosquito nets. The 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
The living room is comfortable. TV, wifi.

This was our first visit to Guadeloupe and we had an amazing time! The house was as advertised, clean, well equipped and beautiful views!. We loved the pool, being close to many amazing restaurants and walking to the beach.

Superbe séjour à la villa Tarare. La maison est magnifique et la vue sur les ilets Pigeon (notamment lors du coucher du soleil) est exceptionnelle. Très bonne situation pour profiter pleinement de Basse-Terre, et à proximité immédiate de Malendure et ses tortues. Plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pied et supermarchés également tout proches. Le plus, de quoi prendre l’apéritif à l’arrivée !

Une des plus belles sinon la plus belle villa louée sur Bouillante . Il s agissait de notre 4 eme séjour sur Bouillante et notre 6 eme séjour en Guadeloupe , une vue proche et exceptionnelle sur les ilets Pigeon . Une maison moderne ,magnifiquement disposée. Aucun voisinage proche, Si on doit faire une seule suggestion , on demanderait une piscine un peu plus grande pour la capacité de 8 personnes. Propriétaire très arrangeant ( étant déjà en Guadeloupe depuis 1 semaine , nous avons pu déposer nos valises le matin avant d aller chercher nos enfants à l aéroport) Villa que nous recommanderons sans problème

La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Très spacieuse, on vit dehors tout en étant dedans. Nous avons bien profité des 3 hamacs. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais convient parfaitement. L'îlot central de la cuisine est très appréciable. L'équipement pour la cuisine suffit amplement pour des vacances. 5 mn à pied de la plage de Malendure et du départ pour la sortie baleines, 5 mn à pied du Carrefour Market, proche de nombreux restaurants dont La Touna que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. magnifique et vaste maison moderne, vue mer soleil couchant

Belle maison, moderne, beaucoup d'espaces, nous étions 4 couples mais jamais nous ne nous sommes sentis à l'étroit. Il y a de l'espace pour tous même pour s'isoler un peu, plusieurs hamacs, plusieurs coins terrasse. La cuisine est superbe, face à la mer, complètement ouverte sur l'extérieur, c'est exceptionnel. Le seul point négatif surtout en voyageant qu'entre couples c'est de n'avoir que 2 salles-de-bains (dont une attenante à une chambre), mais en se connaissant bien cela ne pose pas de problème. Possibilité de rejoindre la plage de Malendure (ainsi que le restaurant la Touna notamment) à pied ce qui est pratique surtout pendant la période de nouvel-an. Nous avions loué 3 voitures et aucun problème pour les garer. Villa sécurisée, portail électrique. Espace repas convivial avec grande table carrée. Séjour parfait, personne ne voulait partir...
