Magnificent villa with sea view and salt pool

Villa La Mirabella located in a quiet residential area facing the Caribbean Sea offers you an exceptional stay.
This beautiful property welcomes you with a pretty flower garden and will seduce you with this incredible view of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets!
It offers a recent quality villa, both by its neat decoration and by its equipment.
The interior of the villa totals 123 m2 and the terraces 95 m2.
About 10 minutes on foot from Malendure beach, you will reach the famous Cousteau Reserve, (Guadeloupe National Park Reserve), where you can meet sea turtles and enjoy various aquatic activities.

Very well equipped and maintained, this villa has a contemporary kitchen open to the living room and the large terrace, which is a few steps from the salt pool.

You will be in the "front row" to contemplate the magnificent
sunsets!

Upstairs, with the living room, kitchen and terrace, you will find two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (160 beds in one and 2 90 beds in the other) to which we can assign a bathroom with a choice of a bathtub and a shower. You will also have a parental bedroom (bed 160) with its adjoining bathroom with wc as well as an independent wc
for the villa.

A room dedicated to laundry will allow you to wash and dry since it is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. An iron and ironing board will be at your disposal.

In the lower part, an air-conditioned studio with a 160 bed, a bathroom with wc as well as a kitchen and a terrace. Will allow two of you to be independent if you wish or to go up to find family and / or friends .. Indeed, it is fully equipped (deckchairs, barbecue, garden furniture, ...).

On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed with mattress and a high chair.

The villa is equipped with an emergency water tank. As a result, you will not even realize that the city water has been cut off and you can continue to enjoy your stay in peace!

This villa will offer you all the equipment and comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.

An arrival pack awaits you on your arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, bottles of water, new sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bag, toilet soap to take a good shower on arrival and a good house planter Aperitif !

For reservations of at least 14 nights, a 10% discount will be offered on the second week and you can take advantage of the VIP arrival pack including the classic arrival pack (stated above) as well as brioche , butter and jam and fruit juice!

Wonderful Vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Communication with Severine and Emilie was very easy. Emilie greeted us at the villa upon our arrival and was available to us during our stay. Our first impressions were a magnificent view of the ocean and a well equipped, clean and comfortable villa. We enjoyed making our meals in the beautiful kitchen and using the bbq outside. We really enjoyed daytrips to many beautiful beaches and then returning to the lovely pool overlooking the ocean. The roads are quite narrow and winding but by the end of our stay we were accustomed to the driving. I would recommend this villa.

Magnifique séjour!

Villa magnifique avec une vue fantastique! Propriété très bien entretenue et équipée, près de la plage du Malendure. L’immense terrasse avec sa piscine et sa vue à couper le souffle sur la Réserve Cousteau est le coeur de la villa. Le service de conciergerie qui y est rattaché offre un excellent service. Ce fut 5 semaines parfaites.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette magnifique villa. La vue est à couper le souffle! Quel plaisir de prendre ses repas face à la baie! Elle est idéalement située, accessible à pied pour aller nager avec les tortues et à 5 min en voiture des petits commerces. Un grand merci à Émilie pour son accueil et ses petits conseils 😉!

Villa magnifique avec agencements de haute qualité et extrêmement fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. Situation privilégiée dans un quartier très calme à proximité des commerces. Voiture malgré tout fortement conseillée. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie , terrasse et piscine juste parfaites ! Activités sportives dans les environs. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison avec un groupe d’amis. La maison est magnifique, très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée.
