I stayed at this hotel to get some rest while helping my daughter with her new baby. I placed the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door, but every morning the cleaning staff persistently pounded on my door multiple times. If your objective to staying in a hotel is to sleep, this is not your place. If it is to eat, they don't even have working vending machines to grab a late night drink or snack.

Beautiful building, but in need of up dates. In the middle of remodeling. Located by the back door, lots of people in and out and slaming the doors. Trash out the back door noone picked up for a couple days. The pool wasclosed and no breakfast not even coffee.
Property was obviously been/in process of renovations. Areas we saw were nice. Room was clean.
Requested late check-in and even sent a reminder message, which they acknowledged. Check-in was awful. Greeted by someone who didn't speak English well and could not help us check-in. After 30 minute wait, someone came out to help. Assigned us a room; however, when we walked in there were others already in the room. He followed us in and told the others to leave, at which point, we were like just assign us another room.
A coffee bar ready for coffee with all the trimmings…but no coffee cups in the room or available upon request, only two small plastic Dixie cups. No ice machine even though there are signs. A TV in the room with a remote and neither work. The back door isn’t locked via key card like it’s supposed to be, but instead locked open so anyone can come in.
My trip was a 2 night stay. I would say it’s an average stay. Yes remodeling is needed, which I saw them remodeling. But for a trip where I only was there to sleep it was fine. I have to mention that my favorite thing was that they are located in a really good spot! We had Dave and busters right in front of the hotel and a restaurant next to it too, there’s a bunch of stores like 3 minutes away and a cvs like 5 min away. Boston is just 20 min away from the hotel too. After all it was really really good for the price I paid.
The bathroom tub had rust all around it, the headboard of the bed was falling apart. The room had bad odor i checked out 2 hrs after checking in. I would like a refund
Looks like they were recently acquired and in the middle of renovations. Pillows were couch cushions, linens were and tub filthy. Mouse traps under AC, glue traps by the mini fridge that barely worked. I ended up going to a local Walmart to buy my own pillow and bedding. Drove 6 hours from NJ to spend the weekend with friends and tried to stay in the room as minimally as possible.
Facility is dirty, carpet stains overall run down.
Staff was very nice and courteous and bed was clean...the place needs paint, carpet and a steam clean.
