It was exactly what I needed. I needed a place to stay so I could be close to a business meeting for the morning. I checked in after hours and they accommodate me. The only issue I had was the TV wasn't working correctly

Lovely little hotel. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of easy parking. I was welcomed by the friendly hotel manager. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated nicely. Well maintained in a location where my daughter and I felt safe. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nicely remodeled but it smelled very strong like stale cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. One of the windows could not be locked/secured. The "sofa bed" was extremely uncomfortable.

They overbooked their property and then didn’t give me my room I booked months in advance, I had three people and they gave me a room that only slept 1-2. The owner refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and ghosted me. The room also had bugs, we found 5 in two nights, and the bed was in terrible condition. Only giving staff and service two stars because the woman at the front desk was kind but the owner brings down the rating.

Lighting. It would be nice to have shears in the windows so you could have natural light coming in without people walking by and being able to look in or , if you are looking out, the cars and people are not in your face. I liked the touch lights by the bed. Have a little light in the nook too so you don’t have to have the bright overhead on. and some hangers too! Pretty quiet. Bed comfortable.

the location of the motel was great. Restaurants and access to major roads were close. I guess you get what you pay for. The size of the room was frankly a joke. When you used the toilet, you need to use the sink as an arm rest. It's that small. I'm 6'0" and I had a difficult time using the small shower stall.
