This is an amazing hotel, likely one of the best I have been. The service is great, with most employees making sure you have a great stay. The place is modern, maintained clean and provides a warm ambiance. Breakfast was great, including a buffet and a la carte options. They provided a $25 discount daily, which was welcomed. The location is AAA! In the middle of Assembly, you are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants (we recommend Posto, Zo Greek, Cafe Nero, and Cava), AMC theater, and a supermarket. Additionally, it is only 15 minutes from Logan Airport. We used the Valet parking service (as expected is pricey), but there are many parking places around.

I called this hotel 6174155347 twice on Oct 31 before departure. The hotel use AI to answer the phone and told me valet parking $25 per day and self parking $15 per day. When I checked out, I was charged $58 per day for the parking. I called the hotel twice again, first was given 800-497-2175 by AI for customer service, and I called twice, not able to speak to a person Third time I was able to speak to a live person and was told Parking fee for the hotel is $58 per day. The agent did not believe me that there is no life person to answer calls and AI gave wrong info.
