The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly. However, there was a false eyelash on the table beside the bed when we arrived. The tenants nearby were very loud at all hours of the night/morning and sounded like they were shooting off fireworks. I used the text/call line provided to inform the staff of the issues, but never received a response. I did receive help with my door code very quickly though, and I appreciated that very much! We didn't have one of the fun themed rooms, but a few friends did and the ones we got to see were phenomenal! The clown room and dungeon were so good! Our room was one of the ones that were apartment style which a little sitting area, and kitchen which included a full oven/stove and fridge which was perfect for our restaurant leftovers and game night we had one night when it was raining out. Staff was helpful, and even let a few of us check in early if our rooms were ready. Plenty of parking.

The room was absolutely adorable! Every detail was made to make sure that it was perfect in the theme. Very clean. Only complaint we had was that there was no Keurig in the room and that the ice machine was broken. Also, the outlets were a little wonky.
