I stayed here for one night after attending a wedding nearby and it was perfect! My room was very large and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had a lot of options. I would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was under construction, which I received an email about the day of our stay, too late to cancel without a fee. They did do a very good job of keeping things clean in the main areas while construction was going on. We were made aware that the water would be turned off from 10 AM to 5 PM. So when we went to take our showers at 11 PM, there was no hot water. The hot water was turned on, but the showerhead was clogged up, probably with residue from the pipes being turned off. The manager, Michael, sent someone up to fix it. It was repaired while we were at breakfast. Unfortunately, my friend was already in the shower and soaked up when the water had stopped working from the showerhead. He said that he would put some points back in our account. I did not ask for a financial credit. That has been about three weeks ago and I have still not seen any points added back to our Marriott account. Although he was very nice, and seemed to be accommodating… It appears as though he may not have followed through with his commitment on the credit. It was definitely an inconvenience at the time, but not his fault.

There was trash in my room and in the hallways. The hot tub was inoperative and the pool was cold because it was tied to the hot tub, according to the desk clerk. Will never go there again.

Bed mattress way to soft. Body and neck pain; Bathroom had no trash can at all; TV kept shutting off and changing channels on its own; Place was in construction and I called ahead to make sure pool and hot tub were working but when arrived, hot tub was out of service, pool area was freezing and water temperature way too cold; Ice cream were soft/melted; Conditioner dispenser empty; Tried to break down $20 to leave housekeeping tip and front desk person said they were no cash policy and told me to just give the $20; Kitchenette sink water was difficult to close; Bathroom toilet handle was also getting stuck often

Hotel was clean . Breakfast was better than the usually low quality served at a lot of places. Remodelling going on but did not impact the stay Down side the shampoo bottle in room was empty and the fridge in the room was making a quite noticeable hum to the point I unplugged it. Went to front desk to get shampoo and there were 2 different parties in a conflict with the desk worker. seems their rooms were not ready for them. check in was at 3:00 pm it was past 5 pm. Went to a local store to get the shampoo instead of getting in the middle of this dispute. The pool was too cold for me. but the hot tub was nice after a long day in the city

The desk staff were wonderful. Very helpful. During breakfast one of the staff members left toast in 3 out of 4 slots in the toaster. After a solid five minutes of myself, another parent and multiple children waited, we assumed they were left by another guest and removed one of the pieces of toast on one side so it could start to be used by guests. A couple moments later the staff member, don't know her name, short blonde hair older woman, made of very loud fuss at the fact that she couldn't find the piece of toast which was taken out by a napkin and placed neatly right in front of the toaster not touched by hands. It was a very awkward situation and we all just kind of ignored it. We understood the hotel was under renovations that was not a problem. But the water in the pool area, especially the Jacuzzi was discolored and had a bit of a brown tinge to it. Also the material at the bottom of the Jacuzzi felt very uncomfortable to sit in or step on. It was very rough and scratched skin on adults not just children. Lastly there was only one cup at the coffee machine, we had to go down and ask for more. These are all little things but they definitely added up to give a lower score, and not a place i would recommend. Minor management things that could be reviewed. When people go away they're looking to de-stress not things that cause more frustration.

We had to wait 30 minutes to check in (something wrong with the computers, I think). I learned at check-in I would be charged for parking (not mentioned in the booking information). They informed us the water had been turned off (would be on again in about an hour). An hour later, still no hot water. I was not able to use Netflix, and tried to call the front desk. No one would answer so I went downstairs and waited at least another five minutes for someone to come to the desk (no bell, or sign saying “back in five minutes”). He had ear buds in every time I saw him and no name tag (seems unprofessional). He did send someone up to look at the TV (which was welcoming Scott, not me). The man who came up told us it was a WiFi issue that has been a problem for many customers for an extended period of time. I’m disappointed as I booked this hotel rather than a cheaper motel brand in order to have a good hotel experience. Expedia provided excellent support, at least.
