We stayed on the 1st floor and the room was great! Heat was quiet very clean. The hot water was not super hot but doable and you can hear your above neighbor unfortunately. Also, the winter (im assuming...) has done a tune on the parking lot; huge craters and holes that definitely need to be tended too. Would stay here again.
