Our beautiful 2 bedroom Somerville condo can accommodate 6 guests and is less than 4 miles from the heart of Boston! With convenient access to public transportation and limited free parking, you can get around the city with ease. After a day of exploring Boston, retreat to the tranquility of Somerville and make dinner at home or enjoy the neighborhood restaurants. If you`re visiting the nearby universities, it`s only a mile from Tufts, 2.5 miles to Harvard and 3 miles to MIT.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to call home after busy days exploring Boston. You can hop on public transportation to get around the city, enjoy Somerville`s restaurants, cafe and shopping scene, including bustling Davis Square and trendy Union Square or visit nearby universities from our condo as your home base. The best of Boston and Somerville is at your fingertips!

There is 1 designated driveway parking spot (two can fit if they`re small) and we have 1 street parking pass for your use.

We also have a 3 bed unit in the same building that sleeps 10, if you want more space to spread out.

You have full and private access to the condo, with the exception of one locked bedroom, as this unit is my primary residence.

Please note this unit is on the second floor, accessible only by a set of stairs.

An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). It is a 15-20 minute walk to the closest T stop. The 95 bus picks up at the end of our street every 30 minutes and is a 6 minute ride to the T station.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Somerville is a vibrant city in itself and we are less than a mile from Medford, both have their own bars, restaurants, and historic sites that guests love! Of course, then the beautiful city of Boston is minutes away by car or public transportation. Our street is residential and quiet, but near a main street with convenient access to the highway.

We`re happy to help with suggestions, but we will never be overbearing.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
