Stay for 90+ nights (minimum nights and rates are FIRM) where you’ll have the entire apartment all to yourself at The Andi. The apartment has beautiful finishes and comes fully outfitted with kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom essentials. Please note, the furnishings & room details WILL VARY as the unit is set up for you upon booking. We are an experienced professional hospitality company that works directly with the property to transform vacant units into your home away from home.
The space
We take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC. Cleaners wear protective garments (e.g., mask, gloves) and wipe surfaces, cabinet handles, door knobs, etc. with cleaning solutions that follow CDC guidance. All linens, dishware, glassware and silverware are also washed between stays. Cleaning products and tools are provided so you can clean and sanitize as well.
We require Hosts and Guests to wear masks during any in-person interaction.
You’ll be staying in your own 1320 square-foot, fully-furnished apartment including WiFi, smart TV, and all utilities (cable TV available by inquiry for additional cost). The floor plan provides an open living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The apartment is set up just for guests so it can truly feel like your home during your stay and there’s plenty of space to set up your laptop or stretch out on the couch.

Outside your door, you' ll find every convenience-from groceries to beauty supplies-as well as retail therapy, grab-and-go or full-service dining, and even a gleaming, new luxury AMC Theater. Inside, you' ll enjoy modern apartments that are evolved in their design and an amenity suite that's nothing short of amazing.
You’ll have the apartment completely to yourself and can access building amenities (public health guidance permitting) that are included in your reservation (e.g., if parking is not purchased, parking access will not be granted).

This is a residential community. It is important that you respect the property rules and the other residents during your stay.
Parking is subject to availability and may have additional fee(s). Pets, if permitted based on the property pet policy, are subject to additional fee(s). Please reach out if you are interested in understanding parking or pet fees.
We need at least a week to prepare for your stay for cleaning, utilities and furniture installation. If you have any specific furniture requests, please do ask and we will do our best.
COVID UPDATE: Shared amenities may be closed or close during your stay. If something is important to you, reach out and we can get the latest info from the property. Rules regarding shared spaces could however change before or during your stay. If an amenity is especially important to you, please consider this before booking.
