The location of this hotel was great. It was easily walkable to sites of interest. The room was very clean and orderly. The cons: the fan on the hvac made an awful noise everytime it started and stopped. The room and bathroom was very small. It was difficult for 2 people the pass at the foot of the bed. The hotel parking was ridiculous. $211 for 2 nights. This was even more than their advertised $65 for an entire day of parking.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. I would like to personally thank Valet attendant, James for going the extra mile to help us as we needed to drop off luggage and were in a time crunch to return our rental car. He informed us of a rental car return a block away which we were unaware of. This saved us a trip to Logan airport to return the car and the expense of an Uber ride back to the hotel.

The pros, the room was clean and big. The hotel was right in the middle of everything. Close to T and start of Freedom Trail. The housekeeper was super friendly and checked on us several days. The cons, construction going on in the building right next door. (Talking about 12 feet apart) We couldn’t have our curtains open as construction workers could see in our room. At night the bright construction lights stayed on all night. The bottom of the bathtub was disgusting, I wouldn’t take a bath. The pool and hot tub are located at another hotel down the street. We asked the first night to be moved since we were staying 4 nights, they said no moving rooms. We made the best of it and didn’t spend much time at the hotel.
