The staff was great, and our room was nice. My wife was sick during our stay, and the housekeeper sent complimentary soup and water to our room. Very thoughtful!

The hotel is close to the train station, 5-6 minutes walk. Quite close to the downtown and 35-40 minutes walk to the Park area and the Newbury street with iconic architecture, fancy shopping and cafes. Nonetheless, the room wasn’t very clean, dust was visible on the bathroom's door surface and the table. Breakfast was fine, but there were no fresh vegetables at all.

Amazing hotel

This hotel was amazing! The location is 10 minutes walking distance to many tourist areas. The heated pool was relaxing for our little kids. There was no fridge to keep left overs or the kid's food but the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was comfortable and feels luxurious.
