Jean-Luc was a great host and his apartment was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. A great place to stay albeit 30 minutes away from downtown Boston.

Property was clean and as advertised, the air conditioner stopped working during our stay, not for a reason, just bad luck, landlord worked tirelessly to get it repaired immediately and was highly communicative in the process which we really appreciated. Nice stay, easy access and dedicated property manager. Would stay here again.

Good place

The host was very helpful and communicative. The place was clean and had plenty of towels. It was traffic was loud because the external walls are thin, but that’s hard to change / fix. There was road construction going on through the night but hopefully that will be done soon.

Comfortable mattress! Clean spaces!

Clean place, comfortable mattresses, great bathroom. Showed two queen beds in room but only one. Traffic noise but we used white noise from our phone to help. He was answering any questions quickly.

My sisters and I stayed here for 6 nights. Overall, it was a good place for the 3 of us and provided us a coomfortable and reliable landing spot after our daily outings. The space was clean, air-conditioned, and easy to access through the door codes. Jean-Luc was a friendly host and checked in a couple times to make sure we were doing okay. I give 5 stars for the hospitality and the things within Jean-Luc’s control.Things we loved:- Friendly host and quick replies to messages- multiple full-body mirrors in the apartment for getting ready- Well-lit bathroom - A small fan for each bedroom- Close to public transportation- Air-conditioningOther things to note:- The apartment is located on the third level and there is no elevator so it would not be accessible for someone who cannot climb stairs.- The listing notes there is a bidet, but there is not.- There are 2 (not 3) full/queen-sized beds total. One in each bedroom.- The apartment building is in a very busy/active location. We experienced so many sounds and noises at all hours of the day and you can hear it all. Lots of sirens, loud music from cars, people speeding up and down the streets, fireworks and someone running what sounded like a backup generator in the middle of the night.That said, these things did not ruin our overall experience of our trip and Jean-Luc was a great host!

Had to contact the host for directions to in.to the property the day we checked in. I never was contacted before then. Never got info on check out instructions even after asking the night before We checked out. Place was clean and comfortable. Not well stocked. Area was loud and not in the greatest area.
