Where to begin! We arrived to the front desk clerk on the phone with corporate billing and did not even acknowledge us for atleast 2-3 minutes. Then she stated it would be a few minutes. We waited approximately 15 minutes before she checked us in. She could had put corporate on hold and checked us in as ut only took 1minute to do so. While we waited I asked if there was a restroom to use, after our 4 hr. drive, she just threw up her hand and pointed in a direction behind her. I walked thru the lobby looking aimlessly for a restroom. To my surprise another guest told me where it was because there was no bathroom sign on the door. Once we finally got checked in, we went to our room and to our surprise, our rooms temperature was 60°f. I went to turn the heater on and the heating unit did not even work. We packed our stuff back into our bags and went back to front desk only to find a line of 3 guest waiting. Another 10 minute wait and we asked to get a room with a working heater. Clerk assinged us to another room, and to.our surprise, it was a double bed room, not a king as we reserved. But the heat worked so we accomadated. Well I wish we hadnt and just left to another hotel. The ckerk stuck us in a room directly between an active working prostitute that had several men coming and going every 30 minutes like clock work. Then in the other room beside us, there was a gentlemen dealing drugs, people coming and going every 10-15 minutes up until 2 am in the morning. ONLY 1500 WORDS
