The lady who checked us in was very nice. On the surface the room looked clean but after being there for a few minutes we could tell it was a quick job. The bathroom sink didn't drain, and the microwave did not work. The reason why we chose this hotel is my daughter had a hockey tournament, and we always pick a hotel that have a breakfast because many times must go straight to the rink early in the morning. Not only did the hotels say they had an included breakfast, but they listed it as buffet. When we arrived in the correct time breakfast time, there was one heating dish that had kielbasa type sausage and that was it for hot options I asked if there would be eggs and he said I said what about anything else They said that's all they had There was some oatmeal in the corner but it inedible. No Juice no milk, only water and coffee. There were no mugs for the coffee, I was told as soon as somebody else was done with their mug they would give it to me. Several of the guests waited hoping they would do the dishes soon. We had to find food in a tight timeframe that was not expected. When I talked to the front desk, they said this was what their breakfast is and were not willing to do more, some guests complained more vigorously and were given juices and snacks from the shop she was not willing to help us in any way. I would not recommend this property, which is a shame as we have always had good luck with Hilton properties in the past.

Our trip's logistics were spot on. The one-bedroom suite was perfect for us and our two kids. The staff was super friendly. The place could really use an update, though. For example, they should swap out the carpets for laminate floors; our feet got black just walking around barefoot. And the couches and chairs should totally be vinyl or leather so they're easy to clean. All that fabric seating is pretty gross, you can literally see all the stains.
