Traveling with young children, I was disgusted to see what I believe was blood so very unhygienic! When front desk was informed they said they would look into it? I feel at that point perhaps a small refund would have been greatly appreciated considering, my evening was constant watching the kids didn’t go near the filth!!

The hotel has great facilities and offers very spacious suites that are perfect for a comfortable stay. The appliances are modern and in excellent condition, making it feel like home. The room smelled like stale pee, but we didn’t complain so we didn’t give it a chance to be rectified. The place overall was fine, I think the smell in our room unfortunately influenced our whole experience.

Super disappointing how dirty our room was with stains on the carpet, lifted rugs, torn couch and stains on the mattress cover in the couch mattress! Broken cabinet and staff that couldn’t even deliver us the xtra blankets they said they bring because they didn’t even have clean mattress covers to give us for the dirty and stained one that was on! Chairs need a good wash and the bathroom toilet would shake and the wall paper was lifting! Beyond disappointing

Nice and Comfy

The room was nice. I love having a king bed and a room with a door plus a kitchen. The pet fee is high, but we decided it was worth it for a better hotel. We weren't able to figure out how to change the input on the TV so that we could watch a movie together the first night; the lady at the front desk didn't know either. She just said we couldn't. We checked with someone else the next day too though, and he was able to tell us to just press the function key at the bottom of the remote, and the kids and I were able to sit on the bed to watch a movie while my husband continued working in the other room.

I wasn’t stay there, I drove 45 minutes to get to the hotel when I got there the receptionist told me she’s sorry because they were sold out, they didn’t have any room available and they were try to contact me and Orbitz they’re couldn’t because their systems was down . They said I will get my refund back I asked her how am I going to have my refund. She said they will contact Orbitz to let them know they were sold out and after that I will have my refund back. Until now I didn’t have any refund back
