The room was clean and had enough towels and personal hygiene supplies. We had a good size TV, microwave and fridge. Free water for the room and a wonderful breakfast each morning. There was something in the buffet for everyone whether you were gluten-free, vegetarian or just a regular eater like me. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Parking was only $20 per night which is less than the Courtyard located directly behind the Holiday Inn. The only drawback we feel is the elevators are quite small so the luggage cart and one person fills up the elevator. This is just a minor complaint, not a deal breaker. We plan on visiting Boston a lot because of our brand new Grandson, so this Holiday Inn will be our go to hotel when we visit.
