The hotel appeared clean, the staff were friendly and efficient. My disappointments were in the room and the lack of sound proofing. The heavy curtain in my room did not pull across to cover the window and outside was a double spotlight that pointed right into the room so it was never dark for sleeping. The sound of toilets flusing and other equipment whirring sounds were very noticeable and happened throughout the night. I didn't complain to the front desk as it was late, I had a pet in surgery nearby and needed to get some rest immediately. On the plus side the breakfast was very nice with a varied assortment of items. Only thing missing was butter for the English Muffins.

Not sure I would stay here again solo

Pictures make it seem more modern than the property actually is. Outdated. Falsely advertised that the property is a 3 minute walk from the nearest train station. Only plus is that the hotel is directly located across a plaza with a variety of dining options. If you are coming to visit boston, I only recommend staying here if you are renting a car to drive into the city.

THE WORST-- TV did not work, bed had hole in the middle of mattress. Staff was uninformed. Tried to say hotel was under renovation and we should roll with the inconvenience. This is not an acceptable place to stay

We were very impressed by this hotel and its location. Although farther from the airport than we thought, it was very convenient to multiple dining choices. As far as the hotel itself, it was very nice and modern. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were excellent. Finally, had it had a good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for history

Stayed for the week with a friend to celebrate our 65th birthdays. We mainly toured Boston, Concord, Lexington and Salem. It was close and handy to all areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Many restaurants right across the road if you want to stay close to "home." Easy access to routes 93 and 95.

Nice, clean, seems relatively new facility. Breakfast was rich and plenty parking. Single elevator can be challenging at peak times. Bottom line - would stay again if in the area.
