There was no hot water in the shower both mornings we were at the hotel on the 6th floor which was very frustrating. There was a lot of weed being smoked in the parking lots and smelled really bad a lot of the trip

The hotel was convenient to get to Gillette. Our key kept not working so that was frustrating to have to keep going to the desk. They were helpful and efficient, but just an inconvience.

We came and chose this hotel because of the pool, and we came from a far distance for a weekend. We went to go to the pool and they told us it was closed. It should be posted if your pool is closed. Very disappointed with that and because of the inconvenience all I got was a complimentary breakfast. Would love to speak with management of this establishment if possible’s but at this point it’s in the past. Everything else was good but would recommend calling first or looking elsewhere
