If your pool is not open due to renovations, it should NOT have be listed as an amenity when I purchased the room. My plan was to relax in the pool to keep myself calm while my husband was having heart surgery at Lahey hospital. Instead, I sat around like an emotional wreck, like I was afraid of. My husband did well with the surgery in the end & the story ends happily.

The heater was loud, the tv cord was falling apart . When we arrived, found out the pool was out of service for repairs. The elevators were cold as if they ere not heated and smelled strongly of fragrance.

Room was fine- but we went to use the indoor heated pool. It was freezing! Not even able to go in it. Very disappointed. Also did not seem to be able to connect to a Netflix account so only basic cable available. Not what we were looking for in a night a way.

As it is the holiday season and school vacation. I booked for a little get away. I thought maybe we could go to dinner let the kids swim. We got down to the pool. It was like an ice box. The room was not heated. It was like being outside. The kids couldn’t go swimming. The pool and room the pool was in was freezing. It’s couldn’t swim. The toilet was broken in the room. The bathroom also had no heat. Front desk wasn’t pleasant or welcoming.
