Welcome to my home! This is a newly renovated duplex home. This unit your renting has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed. One bedroom has a full size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The Full bathrooms are on the second floor. The main bathroom is in the hallway and the 2nd full bath is in the bedroom with the full size bed. The half bathroom is on the 1st floor. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 6 and a living room that seats 6. Ive designed and decorated the space so that its as comfortable as possible. There are cameras for your safety in the front of the house and in the back yard of the house. Private parking for 2 vehicles are available in the backyard.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Beautiful house in a perfect location. 15 minute walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Salem. We stayed with our 3 teen girls and they loved it too. Well appointed and updated kitchen, private parking, comfy beds, newer bathrooms. Just GREAT! My only note might be that anyone with mobility issues may find the older/steep stairs to get to the second floor and bedrooms challenging, so it's a place a bit more suited to the agile/sure-footed.

Great place, located in Salem and within walking distance to the cultural areas. Quick 15min walk to most of the Salem shops, restaurants and places of interest. The house itself had updated fixtures, furnishings and appliances. A/C units in the bedrooms and central A/C on the first floor. Was plenty of space for my family of four, which included two teenagers. WiFi was fast, so streaming worked great. Host sent check-in information ahead of time and we had no problem checking-in.

Very cozy and clean space with comfy lounging chairs and supportive and comfortable beds. House was newly renovated and owner was very accommodating and responsive. Charming New England feel.
