Says service every other day but they never entered the room so trash wasn’t collected, we ran out of TP and no towels. The door was broken along with a shelf in our room. I think 1 out of 3 elevators was in operation which made check out impossible. No luggage carts when checking out for over a hour and front desk wouldn’t help us recover any. This is not a huge property where it would only take a minute to find a luggage cart.
