Upon my arrival at 1:30 pm, after a long day of travel and delays, I asked Shantelle the desk clerk for a bit of an early check in. She was extremely rude and said only if I paid an additional $75!! FOR 1.5 hours!! I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. THE SHUTTEL WAS OLD AND RICKETY, drivers were kind, and night clerk was kind. Shantele should not have represented this property at all.

If a hotel is rated by the performance of the staff, then this hotel gets an A+! They go out of their way to shuttle you to and from the airport and do their best to make your stay a good one. This was the last hotel on a trip that took us to several cities staying at hotels at each stop. I rate a hotel by the comfort of the bed, and they get another A+ for comfort. And, to add to the experience, there’s a very good Mexican Restaurant across the street

Area was noisy with vehicle traffic and nearby businesses making it difficult to sleep. The heater sounded like an engine idling in the room, it was loud. Microwave in the room didn’t work.
