It’s a great place to stay when you have kids. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and easy Check-in and checkout. Will defiantly stay again.
I came to this hotel, stepped in a pile of puke when I got out of my car. We stay in hotels with sofa beds all the time, but this sofa bed was completely broken and could not be slept on. I asked the front desk if we could book a second room as we needed somewhere for the other couple to sleep and she said there were no rooms. They didnt have a cot or anything we could use so we had to find another hotel. I called the manager to get our money back, we needed a room to sleep 4 people and this was completely unacceptable. The manager hasnt returned my calls. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes, we shouldn't be charged. We would have booked a second room, they literally left us with no choice but to leave. Terrible customer service and unacceptable conditions. I'll be reporting them to the BBB if we dont get a refund.

Rooms being rehabbed....breakfast was good. Suite layourts are comfortable.
