The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The king bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was nice and included hot and cold options. We were told that there is a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere local but we didn’t use it so can't confirm the service. The 24 hour gym is more than adequate. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The train to Boston is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. I only have 2 complaints, a $10 parking fee per night (why isn't that included since it's just a parking lot and no security gates?) I really didn't like the split toilet seat in the room. It made me think of a public restroom everytime I used it. Definitely not a deal breaker. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit the Boston area.
