Great apartment but the building's main door was malfunctioning and we could only get in when a resident with a key entered/exited. Also the wifi didn't work. The provider sis not offer any support or compensation, otherwise this would have been a perfect stay.

We had two major issues that made our stay impossible. First was an issue with an incessantly beeping smoke detector, which was hard wired and beeped through the first night of our stay, and there was no support offered until the afternoon of the next day, leading to very little sleep. The other truly problematic issue was that the keyless entry to the building died and we were trapped with no ability to access the unit. Communication on solutions was non existent, and we had to move to a hotel after 24 hours of little ability to leave and re-enter the unit without tailgating residents. This was extremely unacceptable. The help line deferred consistently to a unnamed property manager- deflecting accountability and leaving us stranded. These corporate owned units have no accountability or recourse when issues arise and Expedia also deflects responsibility to the units manager. It’s impossible and dystopian. Do not stay here.
