The hotel and the room were very clean and convenient for what we needed for seeing a show at the TD Garden. The road noise and thin walls were not great since we could hear everything including housekeeping talking in the next room. The gentleman who checked us in was not warm or welcoming. He also ran my card (improperly as I watched) and then said it declined. I then entered it and it went through fine. The woman who checked us out had more of a warm personality and at least said good morning and asked how our stay was.

It's always helpful to have easy parking available onsite, even though it's costly. The free breakfast buffet was very nice but not in a good location. It's too crowded and in a nook that is not laid out well.
