Front of the hotel is quite loud with the highway. But even worse than that… We and several other guests had no hot water. We spent three nights without hot water in our shower. Would never go again.

Enjoy trip to Salem

Very clean room, staff very friendly and specially the young gentlemen that work during the night. Even we got there very late, he was sure that we get our keys of the rooms asap. they shut have more people that him.

There are lots of shops nearby. The "night guy" was super nice. Unfortunately, the TV in the room didn't work. It said "no signal". It was near midnight so not much could be done at that time. I did tell the front desk.

Front desk person went above and beyond, opening the front door when I approached with extra luggage. Then she checked me in quickly and assisted in getting my things into the elevator. And all of this with a smile and a friendly attitude. After a long day, it was exactly what I needed.

easy to get to off interstate. unfortunately exercise room was closed for remodeling/update and pool closed 2 days before arrival (both which we had intended to use. Breakfast was great with many hot items and clean area.
