Carpet going into property was very filthy i would never stay again the person did not show up at the front desk for quite some time and was very un pleasant as if we bothered her for coming this a very unhealthy place to stay

Room was spotless but very old and downtrodden - bathroom cabinet was completely water-warped and looked scary (missing paint, falling apart), a drawer was missing in the small kitchen. No staff around to check me out in the morning. Would not recommend.

First room I was assigned was dirty/not cleaned, checked in at 11pm. By 11:30 I was assigned another room. Shelves torn off wall, cabinets without doors, dirty facets, check-in area filthy. Poor, poor accommodation per the price. Couldn’t wait to leave. Didn’t get bed bugs though

When I arrived the concierge informed me that they/Expedia had overbooked, so they didn’t have a room available for me. I had no choice but to drive back home at that point. Extremely disappointed with Expedia and the hotel.

There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. The telephone didn't work to call for assistance. It took 15 or 20 minutes until staff appeared, and then he was surly. The room was on the first floor. We couldn't open the curtains bc the parking lot was right there .The room was dark and two lamps did not work. The sinks and tub did not drain. We reported these things immediately and although we were there for 4 days, nothing was repaired during our stay. The bed was so close to the wall that I had to walk sideways to get in bed. The tv didn't swivel to face either the bed of the sofa. In conclusion, this was the worst place I have ever stayed and will never go back. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. It's a slum!

Terrible experience. I was on a red eye to Boston and booked a room for the night before so I could check in early in the morning and shower. I sent the hotel an email alerting them I would not check in the evening, and I called the front desk in the evening of the reservations. When I arrived in the morning, they had given away my room, and the person (Warren) was very rude - who had I talked to on the phone, and it was all my fault. And they had charged me a no show - this I got reversed later in the day when I cam back and there was a not rude person at the front desk. Bottom line - I was stranded in the hotel parking lot without a room or anywhere to go to at 6am.

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. Stayed 2 nights and am sorry I did. Broken cabinets, broken toilet paper holder, hallway reeked of marijuana, strong cigarette smoke in the room during the night, hot water and instant oatmeal was supposed to be breakfast, nasty bathroom and tub. Just awful - and overpriced.

No issue finding parking. Staff was nice enough. Bathroom had a decent amount of black mold, and the corners of the window were also covered in black mold. Beds and kitchenette were clean. There was a dirty razor blade in the hallway. Unlikely to return and would not fully recommend.

I would not stay there unless $$$ is important

The room was not clean and had a bad smell - the hallway seam unclean , tried , worn out The breakfast service was poor, no coffee at 8:15 , other guest were waiting over 45 minutes for coffee. I went back an hour and 15 minutes later and there was coffee I will not stay there again

The hotel was very dirty, it smelled like weed and smoke, there was hair everywhere in our room, the fire alarm were ripped off the ceiling, the dresser was broken, there was mold several places in the bathroom, the sheets were ripped and thin and itchy, the pillows were super flat, everything felt gross to touch. The carpet looked and felt dirty and the toilet and bathtub were dirty too, the breakfast was lame. Customer service wasn’t very helpful. The only thing that was good was the air conditioner and the fridge.

The room was very clean, sheets and towels were great, but the overall condition of the room was poor condition. A few of the cabinet fronts were either gone or badly damaged. For close to $200, I was very disappointed. Also, since they do seem to be renovating the building, there was a dumpster removal truck with all the beeps at 6am on a Saturday, which was frustrating!
