My boyfriend and myself have stayed here a few times before. I would like to point out that this time around was an excellent stay all because of Jessica. I believe she is the supervisor of both extended stay properties in Waltham, MA. She went above and beyond to help in any area possible. She was always there when we needed her. I'm not kidding when I say she is the most accommodating and caring employee in this business industry I've ever come across. If I can give her five stars I'd give ten.
