Me my wife and 7 month old daughter had the worst experience I have ever had stay with an extended stay. During or first night we encountered mice running in and out of the room. All night I have videos of them running around the room. The next morning I told the manager and all she said was do you want a pest control to your room. So unprofessional at 730am I asked for a manager. Nothing until 1030 I asked for a refund to leave didn’t get a response until 330pm did not help out at all the place was so dirty. All this during thanksgiving week had to leave and not get to see my family because I couldn’t stay in that place without risking the health of my wife and child.

The rooms were broken, dirty and not acceptable. We arrived November 21st around 7 pm . The first room they gave me and kids was horrendous. There was the strongest cologne smell and the bed mattress broken and the kitchen light not working. I immediately went to front desk to tell them. The moved is to the second room which was horrible. The dressers broken . The bed dirty . Stains on walls and on top of that the room was being used . They gave us a used room with the persons stuff in it . Third room was ok . Still run down dit better that the first two. There were stains everywhere. Was not a good experience at all . I wish I could get a full refund I just can’t believe.

Horrible check in process, i had called early morning to advise them we were going to check in late, arrived at 2 am and asked why im here, proceed to let them know I was trying to check in, the man at the desk said the front desk receptionist was at the other building! I told him i had a baby and was really tired looking to check in and if he knew how long it would take: he proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it” HORRIBLE customer service, i was not asking him to take care of my child nor did i ask them to do something other than their job! He also asked me what i was doing here, why i was checking in. Then said i was already No showed for my reservation! Terrible customer service! And terrible rooms

The stay was pretty good. My only complaint was the lack of bedding. The heat wouldn’t stay on and we were only given very thin blankets and then when we asked for more we were only given one more for four people. So we only had a total of three blankets that were extremely thin.

My room was almost fully equipped for cooking meals because it was missing a fridge. I did not need to cook food, but it would have been helpful to have a fridge in the room, just in case.

Food left in fridge, loose food in drawer, trash in cupboard as no trash cans in any room, no blankets, gloop on burners. Requested a different room. Pubic hair in toilet, long hairs on tub, boot print in bath mat, plastic covering the smoke detector, no toilet paper. Disgusting. Left and expecting full refund. Gross.

It looked clean, but here was a spider in the bathroom, towels looked dirty and stained, also the whole place smelled lMarijuana the hallways and also the room. The toilet seat had black stains. I only stayed because I got there at midnight didn't know the area and only will stayfor 6 hours.

I BOOKED and PAID for my hotel room, when I got there, I had no reservation. I spent over an hour on the chat, suffering through an outdated system that cut my access three times. And, at the end, when did you leave me? You didn't even try to fix it. It was 11pm, it was getting close to not being to book ANY room and have to sleep IN MY CAR. Your support was useless, you didn't do anything, you dumped me and my reservation. And then you re-imbursed me instead of helping me find other accomodations. Which, thank god, I was able to find something else just in time before midnight. I will definitely follow up for you to make this right by re-imbursing the difference between the price I paid and the price I had to pay to go around you leaving me stranded.

I showed up at 1am to check in and no one was at the front desk. I waited for over 30 minutes and still no one. I couldn’t check in. I ended up sleeping in my car in the cold in the parking lot. When I went in in the morning to ask for a refund, still no one was there. There was even a guy that locked his key card in his room and couldn’t get back in. Abysmal at best.

Room was poorly kept. Missing electrical devices in the wall with exposed wires. Shower valve had no handle to.turn on shower. Window was open upon arrival and mold was on one wall. Furniture was tearing and well worn. Staff was polite but did nothing. When we asked for s blanklet for bed ,we were told they had none. We cancelled after second night.
