I wanted to share my feedback regarding my stay. I am very happy with the accommodation, and all associates have been extremely helpful throughout my time here. I initially booked a studio apartment, and the stove was not functioning properly. I reported the issue, and the associate addressed it promptly and professionally. The environment has been peaceful and comfortable, and my family and I truly had a pleasant stay. Thank you for the excellent service and support.

Don't book here! This hotel is so unprofessional. I was flying into Boston for my sister's wedding, traveling solo. I booked three nights. My flights were delayed 12 hours and it was nearly impossible to get anyone in the phone to let them know I'd be late. My mother finally got through to someone and let a man named Michael know my flight was delayed. He said he would make sure to check me in ahead of time so I'd still have a room when I eventually got there. I arrived at 10am on Friday morning, hoping to check in for my last 2 nights. After 36 house of traveling I was told there was not a room for me, the reservation was canceled. I even named dropped the man from the phone the night before, the cranky woman at the front desk just shrugged and said to call hotels.com to try for a refund. I am now trying to recieve said refund but hotels.com can't seem to connect with anyine at the hotel. I ended up staying at the 4 points sheraton up the road, they had friendly service and a decent breakfast

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room smelled terrible the entire time and the hallway reeked of marijuana. There were black stains on the lamps and sheets. The hotels location was good and staff was really helpful.

This place was awful and I’m glad my friends and I only stayed for 1 night. As soon as we arrived, we were told we had the last two rooms and that there were 6 other reservations that hadn’t checked in yet- meaning they gave these reservations away to walk ins. The person right behind us was one of those people. We later saw a family with children who were also out of luck. When we went to our seperate rooms, they were also in poor condition. Mine had a non working dishwasher with no signage indicating such so it leaked but I managed to catch it asap and clean it. My friends didn’t have one at all. They also have a kitchenette in the rooms but no sponges or dish soap provided to hand wash anything nor cutting board for food prep. The kitchen kit you are given is 1 place setting per person and you must request extras like a coffee maker. My friend’s had a bed that caved in the middle with an already bent supper beam so they took turns sleeping on the sofa bed. My room had two electrical switches that fully came off when I tried to turn on the mounted hair dryer and plug in my phone charger in another outlet. There were clear repairs done on the walls with white spackle on areas that stood out against the beige and navy blue walls. These should have been painted over to match the rest of the wall color. There was also non working WiFi that front desk didn’t resolve despite me calling and confirming they could easily fix it- they never did. Our money should be refunded.

Noisy people everywhere, the rooms aren’t soundproof whatsoever, no peace. Fire alarms went off twice. Our room smelled like old food and it was like that all 5 days we were there. Staff all acted like they hated their lives. Honestly one of the worst hotels we’ve been at.
