This place was awful and I’m glad my friends and I only stayed for 1 night. As soon as we arrived, we were told we had the last two rooms and that there were 6 other reservations that hadn’t checked in yet- meaning they gave these reservations away to walk ins. The person right behind us was one of those people. We later saw a family with children who were also out of luck. When we went to our seperate rooms, they were also in poor condition. Mine had a non working dishwasher with no signage indicating such so it leaked but I managed to catch it asap and clean it. My friends didn’t have one at all. They also have a kitchenette in the rooms but no sponges or dish soap provided to hand wash anything nor cutting board for food prep. The kitchen kit you are given is 1 place setting per person and you must request extras like a coffee maker. My friend’s had a bed that caved in the middle with an already bent supper beam so they took turns sleeping on the sofa bed. My room had two electrical switches that fully came off when I tried to turn on the mounted hair dryer and plug in my phone charger in another outlet. There were clear repairs done on the walls with white spackle on areas that stood out against the beige and navy blue walls. These should have been painted over to match the rest of the wall color. There was also non working WiFi that front desk didn’t resolve despite me calling and confirming they could easily fix it- they never did. Our money should be refunded.
