Front desk was incredibly accommodating for a lot of flights that were canceled. Appreciated having a room to sleep in, which was perfectly acceptable for the price charged. The only negative I have is the swing bar security door lock had been forcibly broken off my door so I had no way to feel totally safe in my room and around 2 AM I heard someone nearby banging on a door and saying “Boston Police…open the door”.

This place is not really the newest or freshest, and at about $100 a night, was overpriced to my dinosaur way of thinking -- but they are exploiting the overpriced nature of the metro Boston hotel market. One thing that was annoying was that the shower was only lukewarm-mildly warm.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the toilet was dirty when I checked in. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved me to another room, but this should not have happened in the first place. The check-in process took a long time, and the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Another major disappointment was that the hotel advertised breakfast on its website, but no breakfast was provided during my stay. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and misleading information about breakfast made this a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here

Horrible hotel, have nothing good to say about it. Everything in the room was super outdated and poorly cleaned. Definitely a lot of homeless and drug addicts staying here. Do not bring your family here.
