I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for—clean, modern, and comfortable. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The only downside was the housekeeping service. While the room was tidied daily, the bed sheets weren’t changed every day, which I would have preferred for a hotel of this standard. It’s a small detail, but it stood out during an otherwise great stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would just make sure to request daily sheet changes next time.

There were spiders in room. We were awakened around midnight by a loud continuous piercing noise. We couldn't find the source of noise nor could the night time desk clerk. He moved us to one of two available rooms each on either side of the first room. The second room also has the same loud noise. The third room did not. The bathroom door in third rim was wood and couldn't close. Breakfast was disappointing.....eggs and sausage were both burned and overcooked. Disappointing for a Marriott property. Will not stay at an Elements hotel again.

It was really sad to see that cleaning in this property is made in a hurry, and only every other day. Wake up in the night, and turn on the lights, and you will discover a full array of cockroaches coming out of everywhere. I tried to like the hotel. The concept is good, but we value more our health. Yes, we got bitten by some insect at night, and our room was on the third floor. Sorry, but you need to make a better job.! Lastly, the property needs some remodeling too…. Some areas look outdated, and the rooms need some renovation.

Suite with everything to make a comfortable stay

Shirley was amazing in helping to book another future stay. Very clean and had everything we needed…except phone line was missing. Requested for the line to be replaced but the gentleman at the front desk was not much help.
