Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that.

I wanted to stay and have a wonderful July 4th celebration but it came crashing down on me. The man above me was dropping things very heavy footed for hours and hours I felt like I wanted to run out of the property. I contacted the property which seemed all day ( no staff on site) I think this enables bad behavior and it’s a mixture of long term stays and regular guests. I will not be returning ever. I believe they put the residence above the hotel guests so you are subjected to whatever you get. Cutting corners for sure.
