We had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Boston. The price was very reasonable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely clean. The room was very well organized and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was more than enough to leave a great impression. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again if we return to Boston for another event or decide to plan a different itinerary in the city.

Only 3 stars because the shower caulk joints were brown, bed only had 1 type of pillow, bed was spring filled and soft, no water in room and very very dry air. No USB charger ports that worked. Pros: Size of room was great. Linens and towels clean and the room smelled wonderful. Quiet. Easy parking.

Room and hotel were clean. They don't give you enough towels and there's no towel rack to hang used towels to dry and reuse. Housekeeping opened door in the morning while we were still there.

Room was ok, pool was nice. We were kind of surprised when breakfast was not Included. There was a buffet at the sports restaurant next door. But it was $22 per person. $50 by the time you're done! OUCH! The room also did not have a microwave.There was a community microwave near the pool, but not in the room.
