The checkin process was very efficient, and expedient. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious and the shower head had variable settings.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which we weren't aware of, but that being said things could have been better. No outdoor signage that the main entrance was closed until you got up to it. The sign said to go to the back of the hotel to check in and then you had to go back outside and drive to another door to get to your room otherwise you had to lug your bags up and down stairs. The water in the shower was hot in the morning, cold at night and that includes the sink in the bathroom.

I didn’t go eat breakfast at the hotel because it was a bar and i don’t go to bars. I tried to eat my breakfast at the room but there is no microwaves at the hotel to warm up my food, not even a microwave downstairs, I’ve never seen that before :( the hotel being under construction should be mentioned on their site so people can be aware of countless inconveniences that might occur. Poor directions inside the hotel related to the construction.

Don't advertise a pool when it's closed due to construction! Front of building closed due to construction. Very inconvenient to access lobby and rooms. Had to go through restaurant with all our luggage while it was packed for a playoff football game to get to front desk and then we had to go around the whole building outside with 2 Young kids through the snow to access our room for a side entrance

So room 457 and the rooms around 457 cannot get hot water I complained once I was checked in to the room and discovered I took over an hr to get Luke warm water at both the faucet and in the shower Maintenance tried putting me in the room next door with the same result no hot water the next morning same thing Luke warm water complained to the front desk and the response was you booked with a 3 party we can’t help you ! I wouldn’t recommend the Crown plaza! Zero customer support 💯
