The room was nice. The hotel looked very clean. The only thing is the shampoo and conditioner in the room were empty and the air conditioner was cycling through hot and cold air. My room couldn't get warm to my liking on a cold rainy day.

Pros: Close enough to areas we needed to be, Wifi was good, the room was clean. It was accesible and the staff was responsive. Cons : The lobby had an odor to it, the room as well, every time we came back to the hotel we would get hit with the same strong smell of old furniture (even when they weren't it's just the best way to describe the smell) When we arrived the shower gel was empty , the toilet chain was broken , the fridge was not cold enough to keep food from spoiling so we lost food there . and there were i guess left over water cups from a previous guest?

Although the hotel itself was overall fine with no major complains, I couldnt give it 5 stars due to how my stay went. The room was on the 11th floor and overall clean and comfortable. I need a sound machine to sleep so it helped with the noise but I couldn't imagine if I was on a lower floor because even with my sound machine you could still hear the traffic under it pretty loudly. My issue was who was staying there and how that impacted our stay. We were using this hotel to stay closer to the city for my 6 year old's important appointment at Mass General Hopsital so it was important that we were able to get rest. There was some kind of team staying there and it was clear they didn't have any concern for the people around them. The doors were slamming well up to midnight non stop. On top of that, someone called after 11pm waking my son up because he meant to call one of his teammates rooms and apparently didn't know what number he was in. Overall the hotel itself worked for what we needed it to. Close to food options and easy on and off the pike to access. The unfortunate thing is that I'm sure I wasn't the only one impacted by the noise of who they had staying there.

Staff was so nice-every single one of them, every day. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff there was so nice and accommodating as well. The only “complaint” is that we were looking forward to a daily swim, and the indoor pool is not heated, so it was too cold to swim. Otherwise-our stay was amazing and we would definitely come back again.

Skunk weed central…

Checked in around 8pm to the smell of skunk weed from people smoking on benches near the entrance. Why a nice hotel would allow something like that is beyond me, it stinks worse than cigarettes, is offensive, especially for recovering addicts, and made us feel unsafe. I get that it’s legal, but can they offer a place not near the entrance to partake? Let people stink up in their parked cars. It totally ruined the vibe, and thank god I didn’t have young children, I would have turned around and walked out. Our room had an odor of BO, the hallways looked tired, and beds need an upgrade. Very loud noises from trucks on Mass Pike woke me up super early, use the continuous fan mode on the AC unit. Breakfast was good, but attendants were way too attentive. Let me get my own toast off the conveyor belt and don’t take my dishes until I’ve left the table, felt rushed.

Terrible room sanitary condition, horrible service

There was a rat running around in the room in the middle of the night, and we had to pack, move to another room, and unpack again. And the hotel even charged us the full amount of room fees, left such a disgusting taste in our mouth.
