Great location; right near the Prudential Center (shopping, restaurants). We were also able to walk to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and Symphony Hall. On the downside, several of the kitchen appliances in our room didn’t work and the bathroom is pretty small; not easy to move around in.
Interior of our unit; nice windows and breakfast nook.
Kitchen area. Loved the convenience but several of the appliances didn’t work
Front door. Great neighborhood; able to walk to several attractions.

The air conditioner worked well and quietly. Public transportation was available close by. Each apartment is located in various buildings, so your experience may not be the same. Ours was in the basement of a building with very steep stairs that less-fit people may not have been able to handle. Otherwise, it was a fully equipped room with everything we would need for a longer stay.

Copley Mall was very close. Need bigger coffee mugs. The Keurig smallest coffee option was 8 oz but the coffee mug was only 6 oz causing it to overfill. Bathroom was very small.

Tiny, tiny room, a twin bed and a shelf with a stool. No chair or seating area. Shared a bathroom with three other rooms…two sets of towels. I only saw one other couple, so I grabbed the towels and hung them to dry off a cabinet door in my room. The location was excellent, a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the symphony. Room was in a brownstone neighborhood, safe and pleasant. But, for $700 for two nights, you can probably find nicer accommodations.

Just like living there. Our Room was a studio apartment convenient to Prudential center shopping and subway access points. There are several points of interest within a mile or so.

Perfect location while visiting our Berklee student daughter. Whole Foods was nearby to get brekafast items to cook in the unit. Close to The Westland bar and restaurant. Pavement coffee and other casual dining closeby.

the property is a collection of apartment units. the front desk is reachable by phone. our unit was very nice . the bed was excellent. small kitchen was useful. good location in back bay on a quiet side street

Room was clean but VERY small. Shower was great pressure and temperature. Amazing location. Plenty of shopping and incredible food nearby. A few cons: No control on the heat. We cracked a window. And, someone knocked on our door when we were fast asleep at 10 pm, stating they were from the Copley staff and asked if we were smoking! Smoking? No, but sleeping, yes. So strange since they close the reception at 9 pm and we could be contacted by text or phone. We also noticed people smoking in the alley day and night from another property. Not pleased we were woken or accused.

The place was beautiful, although a little smaller than we thought. The neighborhood seemed very safe and location was close to shopping, public transportation, and attractions. No daily room cleaning (towels, trash, etc.) but services available if needed. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.
