The staff was watching shows and looking on their phone instead of checking us in and it was very awkward, she was showing us different things on her phone and we were tired from the road trip and just wanted to rest. I was amazed at how nice the staff was especially Asia who works checking people in! She was so sweet and willing to do whatever she can to help. The rooms were so clean and very quiet as well. This is my new go to hotel, when I need one!! Thanks to all the staff who were friendly and helpful.
