The room was clean. My complaint was the mattress. It was so used, I sank giving a nasty back ache on saturday. My wife woke with nasty hip pain. We rotated the mattress on saturday, but the damage was already done. The mattress was somewhat better once rotated. As of this evening, (sunday), were hurting & on heating pads.

The room was nice and clean. The room had a bit of a smell to it the whole weekend, but it wasnt something that caused any discomfort and wasnt noticeable after being in the room awhile. The heater in the first room we were given was stuck on , but the gentleman at the desk quickly switched us to a different room. Would consider staying again if coming back to the area !

This hotel came through in a pinch. Set behind route 1 it's very convenient for travel in and around Boston. Clean, safe and, with comfortable beds - this is a win. It's not luxury but it's solid.

This is my favorite place to stay in Danvers. It’s especially convenient to have the kitchenette. Rooms are clean, comfortable, well-designed and thoughtfully stocked. Definitely recommend!

The room was very nice. I had asked for a shower chair and I didn’t get one plus I asked for a room that had safety bars in the shower but I didn’t get those either. Also my bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was very nice and helpful. And the gentleman who checked me out was very friendly.
