The gentleman on the night shift was an absolute delight, kind, informative, and funny. Literally 2 minutes from the red line station to make it easily to anywhere in the city. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Location is safe so you can feel safe walking. The hotel held our luggage after we checked out so we could shop a bit more before our flight.

1. Worst coffee I’ve ever had 2. No art anywhere whatsoever 3. Three night stay my room was cleaned once 4. The bath products are horrendous, the lotion actually smells terrible Wedn Dec 3 and Thur Dec 4 evenings staff was very nice Friday and Saturday didn’t seem too bothered. The tv is awful. Showtime Channel is blurry like it’s a 1950s television set. Will not come back. Either stay cheaper at Holiday Inn or splurge a little more for a real hotel. This is not for me.

The front desk staff were fabulous. Always the happiest people I would see. We stayed Friday night - Wednesday and only received housekeeping services Tuesday. I had to go down and get more shampoo/soap. We didn’t need fresh towels but we needed our trash emptied. There was only one tiny trashcan in the room. The restaurant and rooftop is permanently closed which is inconvenient. Online it says under construction but in the hotel it says the restaurant and rooftop are permanently closed.

Parking is terrible. Wait time for valets is excessive. Towel was shredded in bathroom. Room was tiny. This was the most expensive hotel I have stayed at and my expectations for a room over $300 a night were not met.

Ideally this was a very nice hotel but it advertised 2 restaurants and they were not opened.. they offered breakfast and room service in your room but it was only when we checked out 3 days later flyers were on the checkin stating the restaurants were closed.. no indication prior or on the web page.. not good.

Overall very satisfied with clean room & bathroom...walkable if you're not too bothered with going over a busy highway... and didn't love walking back late at night. But property is a great find & very reasonably priced!
