Climb the stairway to your private entrance on the 2nd floor with keyless entry! Enter into a seating and dining area with a big screen smart TV sitting on a super sleek TV console.

The chef will love the stainless-steel appliances, French-door fridge, 5-burner gas range, the plethora of spices, and barstools overlooking the cooking center. It`s like you`re on stage - showcasing your culinary talents. Or ... you can get everyone involved - there`s plenty of space for the whole crew to help prepare the meals. Either way - it`s a joy to cook in this kitchen. As you look around, savor the custom design elements - hand burnished walnut shelves, sleek stylish lighting, and more - welcome to a designer`s kitchen.

The 2nd floor sports 2 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 of the 2 full baths as well as the laundry facilities.

Ascend the back stairway to the 3rd floor with a spacious living room - 2 seating areas. One with a sectional sofa and 2 chairs and another big screen smart TV. Behind the TV, is a kitchenette/wet bar, with mini fridge, microwave, and 2 Twin daybeds for daytime lounging & nighttime sleeping. 2 more bedrooms, the other full bathroom, desk and office chair round out the 3rd floor accoutrements.

An added treat! There`s a sweet neighborhood beach just 5 minutes away. Broom & Board is a short walk to Salem Willows: enjoy the huge city pier to swim, grab a lobster roll or fried clams, ride the bumper cars, or just relax by the sea. This property is cooled with window air conditioning units. The units are installed in May and removed in September. Each window AC unit has both a cooling function and a fan function.

Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner`s home and considerate of the neighbors.
House Rules simply ask you to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of the property’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. Guests will:
1) Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
2) Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from your Warm Welcome host, do not host any parties or events.
3) Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
4) Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
5) Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to this accommodation.

Respectful Visitors: remember you are renting a private home; please treat the home with respect:
1) Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose. Please contact your Warm Welcome host if you have any questions.
2) Use of Wi-Fi & Internet: guests agree to use the network for legal purposes only.
3) Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture in place.
4) Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking areas, and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
5) Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special costly remediation to remove the aroma – please help us to help you avoid this cost.
6) Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
7) Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.

Violating any Good Neighbor or Respectful Visitor policies is grounds to end your stay, immediately without refund.
