Disappointing!

The front desk charged almost $100/night resort fees without prior explanation. The room was spacious & clean, but had multiple issues - our AC did not work & the bathroom sink was clogged. Excellent housekeeping staff and close proximity to MIT are a plus. Otherwise, it was a disappointing stay.

Amazing experience at this property! Very close (across the street and another stop around the corner) from the red line, which made transportation very easy and convenient. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Zero complaints here!

Incredibly rude Valets. Would not help with car and left me to drive around Boston looking for a lot and then walking back to hotel wheee my wife was stranded. Could not have cared less. Worst service we have had in last 20 years…avoid avoid avoid
