Great place!!

I loved the complimentary 24 hour coffee bar. I don’t drink coffee ever, and rarely drink tea, but I LOVE hot cocoa and I had several during my stay. My friend added French Vanilla creamer to it, and wow! It was fantastic. The staff was very nice. There were 2 occasions where I had to go back down to the front desk because my keys didn’t work. One of those times, they gave me a free snack bag for my trouble. The breakfast was great! Huge variety, and hot proteins every day. Eggs, meat, and potatoes. The bar/restaurant on site is not affiliated, but it’s a nice place to gather. The room was clean, and a very good size. I’ll be staying here on any and all future trips to the area.

Everything was fine except the people that parked along the trees, especially my car was covered with bird crap, like, so much bird crap, I couldn’t even see out the window, like 1000 birds crapped on my car all night long. I had to find a car wash asap. They should of blocked off those parking spots.

The check in was worst and the person helping us said ‘we are sold out’. And then after 15 mins came back with a room that is available. Really unprofessional staff. After check in, we go to the room and it is already unlocked and there is a smell in the hotel. Really dosappointed.

Love Best Western. Enjoyed the balcony in the room. Room was spacious (two double beds). Breakfast was good and fresh, and the staff friendly. The shower faucet was hard to pull out to turn on, but that's a small complaint. Rug could have been cleaner but I didn't want to pay top dollar for a hotel and this one was very worth the money. Pool was very nice as well. Will usually choose Best Western -- great value for the money.

Great staff, clean & well maintained breakfast area (great staff there also!) Quiet and comfortable rooms. Only issue was tub/shower in our room. Worked just fine, could just use a little upgrade or repair, but all was great for the price.
