1. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 4 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest, per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet, per night.
4. Registered Guests Only: The property accommodates up to 9 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Children must be included in the reservation count. Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests. Occupancy may be verified via entrance security camera. Violations will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $250 fine applies for any violations.
6. Strict No Party Policy: No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fine.
7. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud talking or gatherings in common areas after this time. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8. Zero Tolerance for Police Visits: Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. Special Activities: Filming, professional photography, events, or music recording require prior written consent from the Host and may incur additional location fees.
