Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room villa with a total area of 160 square meters, featuring beautiful furnishings and a living/dining room with a panoramic window. The living/dining room is equipped with a flat screen, CD-player, and a hi-fi system, leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. The villa has three bedrooms: one room with two single beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), a shower, and air conditioning with access to the terrace; another room with a king-size bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, also leading out to the terrace; and an upper-floor room with a king-size bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower, double hand-basin, and air conditioning. There is a separate WC on the main floor and another on the upper floor.

Amenities Included
The villa comes fully equipped with a large kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a dining table in the kitchen, and the living/dining room opens to a large terrace measuring 150 square meters with terrace furniture and four deck chairs. Other amenities include air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
